We amend these T&C’s from time to time. Every time you wish to order Product(s), please check these T&C’s to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These T&C’s came into effect when updated in December 2020 and replace any previous T&C’s.
These T&C’s, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language.
The website is governed by the following terms and conditions; they do not affect your statutory rights.
Online Orders
Mighty Brew will take payment immediately upon placing the order. By placing an order online you agree to these terms and conditions.
Mighty Brew reserve the right to cancel, refund or exchange your order for any reason.
Products
The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes. Although every effort has been made to display the colours accurately, we can’t guarantee that the display of your computer of the colours, accurately reflect the colour of the actual product. The product received may vary slightly from the images displayed. The packaging may also vary from that shown on the images on our site.
Deliveries
Our deliveries are made by DHL courier. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email to confirm that your order is on its way to you.
Deliveries are intended for the United Kingdom only. This includes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.
Stocked items will be delivered within 3 working days. If a specified delivery day is required, then this will be agreed at the time of ordering. We will attempt to deliver your order on the day specified when you place your order. However, we will not be liable to you for any delay in the delivery of your order.
Prices & Payment
All prices include the current rate of UK VAT.
Delivery is free of charge on orders over £35.
A delivery charge of £4.65 is applied to orders that are under £34.99
Promotions and products are whilst stocks last.
Cancellation & Returns
If you would like to cancel or return your order please, contact us as soon as possible emailing hello@mightybrew.com or contact our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1256 391229.
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund and stop your order.
If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to adequately and safely return it to us:

The item returned must be in a re-saleable condition, with no damage to the packaging of the product or to the actual product itself, with no seals or safety measures compromised.
If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, you should notify us as soon as possible within 24 hours. We will refund you the cost of the damaged items or arrange to send you a replacement. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt.
