Delivery Information

Carriage
All of our packages are sent via DHL, so the delivery times are subject to DHL services and exclude Public/Bank Holidays and Sundays. Mighty Brew cannot be held responsible for any delays to postal services once parcels have been dispatched.

Signature Upon Delivery
Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for the delivery of the goods and the address is correct with a full postcode. Once the goods are in the possession of DHL, Mighty Brew cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, this includes delays due to inclement weather, misrouting, incorrect delivery addresses and force majeure.

Remote Locations
Please note if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK, your order may take longer to be delivered.

Cancellations & Returns

If you would like to cancel or return your order please contact us as soon as possible emailing hello@mightybrew.com or contact our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1256 391229.

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund and stop your order.

If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to adequately and safely return it to:

Mighty Brew, Unit 2, The Calvert Centre, Rownest Wood Lane, Woodmancott, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 3BN

Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, with no damage to the packaging of the product or to the actual product itself, with no seals or safety measures compromised.

If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, you should notify us as soon as possible within 24 hours. We will refund you the cost of the damaged items or arrange to send you a replacement. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt.
